Creating engaging experiences starts with people. Watching people, talking to people and asking them questions. It also starts with observing the landscape and acknowledging the constant state of change in retail. Continual flux means, more than ever before, every brand needs to think like a start-up.

Led by a unique group of creatives and advisors, our team brings together a cross-disciplinary approach to solve our clients' customer experience challenges.
Vincent leads the activation and architecture practice at Breakhouse, championing retail and hospitality build and roll-out initiatives. His comprehensive understanding of the complexities of the built environment allows him to create seamlessly integrated experiences that connect to consumers. Vincent has gained his in-depth architectural knowledge through a wide range of commercial, institutional and residential projects across North America and Europe.
Less work-oriented conversations with Vince often include discussing the quality of waves from a morning’s surf … even in January on Canada’s east coast. Gulp.
As one of the founding partners, Peter oversees strategic vision at Breakhouse. A passionate community influencer, he encourages a design-thinking approach for solving public realm as well as commercial challenges. Moving comfortably between national brands and local organizations, Peter knows how to share an approach that will deliver on the triple bottom line.
Oh, and he’s the Honorary Consul General for Austria in Atlantic Canada, so if you need a good Wiener Schnitzel recipe…
Aaron leads design strategy for key clients in the retail sector as well as the food and beverage industry. With a background in both architecture and retail, he instinctively understands customer experience and how design makes or breaks the connection of a brand to its audience.
Aaron is also funny. Understated and subtle, but very funny.
As an art director, Stephanie tackles a wide range of multi-channel projects in print, web and 3 dimensions, all with excitement and a sense of humour. Her experience in the advertising industry has allowed her to work on many successful campaigns with high visibility while managing tight deadlines. Nothing gets the ol’ blood pumpin’ like pulling an all nighter!
Stephanie’s passion is fuelled by large amounts of coffee and hugs from her bouncy poodles Walter and Donnie.
