Architectural Designer

Breakhouse is looking for an experienced and passionate architectural designer who understands the concept of “Customer Experience”.   Applicants must be comfortable working on a variety of projects in a deadline driven environment and have had experience with a range of commercial design projects, large and small, from restaurants and retail to multi-unit mixed-use buildings.

Proficiency is required in design, detailing, 3D modelling (SKP), preparations of construction drawings (CAD and REVIT), specifications, shop drawing review, mock-up review and coordination with consultants. Skill in sketching, Photoshop, rendering will be considered.
Breakhouse designers need to be able to work with a multi-disciplinary team, think in 2D + 3D and be committed to digging deep to find solutions.
