Southwest Properties approached us to update the design of an apartment building which had been in the queue for development in their portfolio. Southwest wanted a refreshed and contemporary look with inspiration from industrial lofts and the monumental, concrete grain elevators abutting the site. We re-envisioned the building envelope, the interior layouts of commons spaces and individual units, and created the building’s visual identity.
