Dazzling is a word we’ve been hearing a lot to describe Water Polo, the 175 seat ‘Sea-to-Table’ restaurant by the Bertossi Group in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Chrome, high-gloss woodwork, serpentine crystal chandeliers and a visual identity that mingles the high-life of yesteryear with a grandeur for today.

Inspiration for both branding and built was driven by the jet-set glamour we saw in the legendary Riva Aquarama luxury wooden power boats of the 1960s and 70s.

Marine epoxy was not used sparingly.
